Bought in Aug 2022 and lay in storage until late January 2023, when it was installed in my new bathroom. Very easy to install, but.... After just 4 months... it went bang! Being repair minded, I opened it up to see what had happened. The main power unit had died, not even the internal fuse had blown...? which it should have given that it blew itself up!! Had to dump it along with the touch switch and replace with a new power unit and switch. The seller of this mirror "The best bathroom products"... debatable..? was extremely unhelpful with handling the complaint and warranty procedure. Basically they said "its Amazons problem"...? Not exactly sure how they came to that conclusion...? but clearly its nothing to do with Amazon after the 30 day return window.... Given all UK electronics are sold with a generic 12 month warranty, its clear to see this company wants to avoid aftersales issues! I advise staying well clear of them unless you care nothing for your warranty....!

Pretty easy to fit, looks lovely, only issue the back part of the mirror is flush so if your cable doesn’t come out of your wall at the exact place it needs to go in the back of the mirror you will have a bit of an issue.
