However, it really is a much better mirror than expected and there is no distortion on the 20x side (or the normal side either), so really is great value for money. it was a good product if it worked the swivel would not lock so it would not stay in position . I sent it back, I did not want a replacement in case it was a common fault and besides I can't be bothered with things that arrive faulty. It was easy enough to send back but I had to stay in and wait for parcel collection which was later than the time given
