Light stopped working within 2 months of paying an electrician to install, they came back and checked the connection and say it's the light in the mirror that has stopped working. I've been trying to get in touch with the company but no joy. Such a shame as was lovely when it worked.

This is a product only review. The light stopped working after 7 months. Therefore, at £160, it must be poor value for money. I filed a request for repair. Let's see what the outcome of that is. ****update**** I was offered a new control and driver. I requested 2 of each. I was sent in poor packaging 2 x controls and 1 x driver (as this rarely goes wrong, I'm informed). Installed the new driver myself. The mirror light works again. The 2 x controls were not needed for this repair. I further requested a second replacement driver as I suspect the new one will go west in the coming months....just outside guarantee. I still had to replace the part myself. This service is my minimum expectation. I may consider increasing the star rating to 2, based on my customer service experience.

Ordered it because it was next day delivery, electrician was due in a 4 days. Mirror turned up a week after so had to rearrange the electrician. Instructions dont tell you what size hole to drill for rawl plugs, I guessed 8mm because thats the size of the plugs, 8mm is too big, 7.5mm worked. Logo stands out more than expected. Only the first image clearly shows the logo. Wouldnt recommend buying mirrors from amazon, the first two orders didnt show up and had to get two separate refunds.

I order this mirror on January 2024, fitted in one of my vanity room where it is rarely use it. There are 3 vanities room in my home and this one never used. After 7 months , just stoped to work. Called an electrician who told this is so poor and that’s why it is dead.

The mirror was well packaged for protection, is easy to install (you can either wire it directly or install the supplied plug) and looks nice. Light intensity and colour temperature (3000-4000-6500K) can be adjusted to your taste. The defog pad’s size is a bit small so only a rectangular area in the centre of the mirror will be fog free but I don’t see this as a major issue.

The product description isn't very clear on this important point. Yes, the mirror retains the last color temperature and brightness setting you were using even if completely disconnected from power such as when connected to a switch. It also immediately turns on to those settings when power is restored. This is key to this being a useful mirror since you can chose to have it turn on with a switch. No need to also press the power button on the mirror. You can also opt to only have it come on with the button on the mirror if it is wired direct to power. I decided to set this up with a recessed outlet in the wall behind the mirror. The built in space behind the mirror plus the recessed outlet allows a plug to be used without clearance issues. I also decided that I wasn't sure if I always wanted it to come on with the switch since I also have a vanity light above the mirror or for it to be controlled by the front button only. I installed the recessed outlet as a "split outlet". The top plug is tied to the vanity light and switch. The bottom outlet has constant power. If I change my mind on how I'd like the mirror to operate I can just move the plug to the appropriate outlet. It looks stylish in my limited use so far and operates good. The only thing I might ding it on at this point is the brand label displayed on the mirror under the power button circle. It isn't huge lettering but shouldn't be on a mirror. How many mirrors advertise the brand on the front? It's small, so not a deal breaker by any means, but I'd rather it not be there.

Ho acquistato questo specchio da bagno con LED integrato e sono davvero entusiasta del risultato. L'effetto è fantastico, con una luce potente e uniforme che illumina perfettamente l'intero ambiente, con la possibilità di variarne intensità e calore con dei semplici tocchi! La qualità della luce è ideale, e nel mio caso è l'unica fonte di illuminazione del mio bagnetto in camera (3,5x3,5 metri). Il design è moderno e si abbina perfettamente con l'arredo. L'installazione è stata semplice, io avevo già predisposto il collegamento all'interruttore, quindi non ho avuto problemi.
