Great mirror, fast delivery- but… for hanging the mirror the raw plugs are inadequate. The hooks never tighten when screwed into the wall , this means that when you try to hang the mirror, the hooks move under the weight and the mirror will not hang. Solution, use differ ent plugs. For the price, I thought I would get better anchor points . Looking great now it’s hung.

The packaging gave excellent protection for such a a delicate product with the result that it arrived in perfect condition. And it was accompanied with clear unambiguous instructions (both written and pictorial) even down to the size of drill bit required. However, unless you are a competent DIYer, I wouldn't recommend hanging this mirror yourself especially if you intend to hang it on ceramic tiles. If you do go ahead, make sure you take the time to carefully measure the position of the holes and to use the appropriate drill bit (designed for tiles) and a spirit level to ensure the mirror is not hung lop sidedly. A useful tip is to apply a strip of electrical tape onto the tile to avoid the drill bit sliding across the surface. Do this and you won't be disappointed as the mirror looks fantastic in situ and, in my view, represents great value for money.
